DATES

Watford Market – Friday 10th March, 9am

Come and visit our stall in Watford High Street where we’ll be handing out tasters of healthy snacks from 9am until 3pm.

We’ll be chatting to people about our new Standing Order Form – an easy way to donate on a regular basis. As we are one of the two nominated local charities of the Chair of Watford Council, Darren Walford has arranged for us to have a team of volunteers from Watford Council to help us on 10th March – for which we offer our grateful thanks.

Let’s hope the sun shines, but even if it doesn’t we’ll be there to bring some sunshine to your day!

COME AND SEE US ON THE DAY!

Fashion Show – Friday 10th March, 6pm

Our Dragons Apprentice team Major Key are organising a Fashion Show at Queen’s School, Bushey. With the help of their mentors Myers Clark Accountants, and with the support of Watford Intu, they have put together a specular show of fashion clothing and accessories.

There will be two catwalk shows during the evening, showcasing a wide variety of fashions for young people. There will also be a host of stalls, refreshments and a raffle draw on the night with some amazing prizes, kindly supported by several local businesses.

Come and have some fun on 10th March and get ready to stock up on your spring and summer fashion-wear!

You can follow Team Major Key on social media: Twitter Facebook and Instagram to keep track of their efforts and find out more about this event.

Wot? No Fish!! – Saturday 25th March

at The Radlett Centre

Last year, Danny Braverman put on a brilliantly original show in London.
The critics loved it (see the comments on the flyer).
It made audiences laugh and cry.

Danny has now agreed to perform the show at the Radlett Centre for two local charities.

Wot? No Fish!! is – according to the writer’s own publicity – ‘a true story of love, art, history and fish balls’.
It’s a unique and wonderfully romantic tale of Jewish and London life during the 20th century.

The Michael Green Diabetes Foundation are putting this show on with the joint efforts of local charity Jelly Babies – funding research into SIDS (cot death) and other child-related conditions.

The show is on for one night only (Saturday 25th March 2017),
at the Radlett Centre. 7.30pm for 8pm.. Tickets are £25 including donation (and fish balls).
Seats are strictly limited.

Please buy tickets, and ensure that
a) You don’t miss out on this extraordinary show, and
b) These two great charities make some money to fund their amazing work

You can reserve your tickets simply by emailing us on: info@michaelgreenfoundation.org with your name and the number of tickets you’d like us to reserve for you (max 8).
Seats will then be allocated, with those responding first getting the best seats!
We’ll contact you to ask for payment later in the year.

If you’d like to know any more, please get in touch – you can use our contact form.
But either way, please buy some tickets.

Hope to hear from you soon.
Thank you.
